The OVEC Head Start PRE-registration application is for families living in Bullitt, Franklin, Gallatin, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Owen, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties who have a child between the ages of 6 weeks and 4 years old. Different program options are offered in each county. Please make sure you are choosing the option you want.

Primary Adult means that you are the child's biological parent and/or legal guardian, including foster parents. If you are applying for the Prenatal program, you are the Primary Adult.
