Personnel

You can use the Personnel module to add and maintain information for your staff members such as:

Regardless of whether your agency uses ChildPlus.net to track employee information, completing some basic information in the Personnel module is necessary in order to use ChildPlus.net. At the very minimum, you should complete the information in the General section for each of your staff members. You should also select the position that the employee holds from the Position list on the Employment tab.

 

Many of the fields in the Personnel module contain sensitive and confidential information. For initial set up purposes, ChildPlus Software recommends that you initially only complete the basic information on the General tab and wait until your security settings are implemented before adding any sensitive or confidential information.

 

You can control which Personnel records each staff member can access in User Security.

 

You can set up user names and passwords for each of your staff members in User Security.
