The following are all of the customer-reported bugs that were fixed in ChildPlus 5.0 and 5.1. We have organized bugs by ChildPlus version number and product.

Area Description
User Security We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, prevented authorized users from updating the admin account password.
Report 4010 - Master List of Families We fixed an issue that was causing this report to crash if Region names exceeded the character limit.

Area Description
Internal Monitoring We added the 2020 Head Start Monitoring Protocols to ChildPlus Desktop. Set up the 2020 protocols in ChildPlus Desktop >> Setup >> Module Setup >> Internal Monitoring Checklists.
Report 2135 - Print Applications Individual phone numbers are now available for family members on Report 2135 - Print Applications.
Report 4010 - Master List of Families We added family phone numbers to Report 4010 - Master List of Families.

Area Description
Dashboard We resolved an issue that affected Dashboard views for requirements connected to both Health and Education.
Report 4010 - Master List of Families We resolved an issue that was preventing totals with more than three digits from displaying correctly on this report.
System Preferences We resolved an issue that was preventing ChildPlus Mobile from using your agency's System Preferences for date and time stamps in Notes fields.
User Security Groups We addressed an issue that was preventing users with View Access from logging into the system.

Area Description
Archive and Training Databases We applied a fix to Archive and Training databases to prevent the database copy from reverting back to the actual database after one hour.

Area Description
Attendance We resolved an issue that was preventing programs from setting a classroom status for multiple locations.
Dashboard We resolved an issue that was preventing the admin user from being able to see shared Dashboard views.
Module Designer We fixed an issue that was causing errors when using Entry Express for modules created with Module Designer.
Multiple Reports To avoid confusion, we removed redundant filters from the Report Setup page on multiple reports.
Report 4130 - Family Services Actions We resolved an issue that was causing errors if users attempted to run this report with certain types of custom filters.

ChildPlus Mobile

Area Description
Family Services ChildPlus Mobile will now prompt users to confirm changes made to an action when canceling the changes added to an event.

Area Description
User Security We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, was making it difficult for users to change their ChildPlus password at sign in.

ChildPlus Mobile

Area Description
Family Services We added a confirmation message that ChildPlus Mobile will display if you edit an action in Family Services and then click Cancel.
User Security We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, was making it difficult for users to change their ChildPlus password at sign in.

ChildPlus Attendance App

Area Description
User Security We resolved an issue that was causing an error if you attempted to sign in to the Attendance App without a password. Moving forward, the Attendance App will display a message alerting users that credentials are missing.

Area Description
Health We resolved an issue that was causing an error if you attempted to enter an invalid head circumference measurement.
Online Application We removed a restriction that was preventing some families from being able to complete an online application.
Module Designer Reports We resolved an issue that was causing an error if a custom drop-down field attached to a Module Designer report contained a choice with an apostrophe character.
Report 2310 - Daily Attendance by Classroom We resolved an issue that was causing the headers to print incorrectly on this report.
Report 8001 - Monitoring Activity We updated this report to ensure that it now consistently handles Not Applicable and Not Observed monitoring results. It also now includes the new Record ID field that we added for Internal Monitoring checklists.
Report 8025 - Monitoring Results We updated this report to ensure that it now consistently handles Not Applicable and Not Observed monitoring results.
Setup >> Agency Configuration >> Program Info We fixed a minor typo on the Program Term screen.
