Enter screenings, exams, track treatment plans and document parent contacts from any device supporting Chrome or Safari. Want to view multiple records at once? You can do just that with the Health and Education reports also now available in ChildPlus Mobile. From assessing health needs during a home visit to updating educational goals, ChildPlus Mobile makes it easier to access your data.

PIR Links in ChildPlus Mobile

Are you using ChildPlus Mobile and want to be sure you're tracking the right information in the PIR fields? We thought so! PIR links are available and active in ChildPlus Mobile. Click any PIR link to see how ChildPlus calculates data on the PIR.

We're overjoyed by the big response to the addition of the DRDP Assessment module in ChildPlus Mobile. Agencies mandated to obtain psychometric scoring can do so through DRDP Online. Go to ChildPlus Desktop >> Reports >> Export >> Report 6550 - DRDP Online Export to assist with retrieving this information.

Agencies planning to export DRDP Assessment data from ChildPlus to DRDP Online for scoring must enable the export. Go to ChildPlus Desktop >> Setup >> Module Setup >> DRDP Assessment >> General Settings tab. Check the Our organization will be exporting DRDP data from ChildPlus for import into the DRDP Online system checkbox.

When setting up Agency Information for locations using the DRDP Assessment module, be sure to enter the correct Agency Name.

Enter notes faster using our newly enhanced Quick Notes feature. Quick Notes, formerly Shorthand Notes, are a great way to create shortcuts that can be used to enter frequently typed words or phrases. This feature is now available in ChildPlus Mobile and includes the following:

• Favorites - identify your favorite notes so that they appear at the top of the list when reviewing your shortcuts
• Note sharing - inactivate shared notes that don't apply and keep the ones that do

ChildPlus Mobile works best on the latest version of Chrome and Safari. It may appear to work on other browsers and older versions, but you may be missing out on some really great features. We've added messages to the login screen to help you know if you are using an unsupported browser or version. Browsers and versions that are not supported will display the following message:

New DRDP Assessment Report

Are you capturing observations in ChildPlus's new DRDP module? If so, there's a new report for you! Report 5023 - DRDP Child Observations can be used to view or print observations to share with parents, assist with coaching, support curriculum planning and more.

Improved ChildPlus Desktop Reports

We converted the following ChildPlus Desktop reports so they are now interactive and easier to read:

• Report 2515 - Education Requirements
• Report 3020 - Requirements Assessment
• Report 3420 - Growth Assessments
• Report 3015 - Health Requirements
