We resolved an XML formatting issue in the ChildPlus PIR Export file that prevented questions B.3 and B.16 from importing into HSES.

Add a New PIR
We resolved an issue where, in certain circumstances, users were unable to Add a New PIR.

PIR Question C.31
We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was not saving manual entry responses for this question.

We resolved an issue where it was possible, in certain situations, to uncheck the Terminated box but still have data remaining in the Termination Date, Termination Code, Left while classes/home visits in session and Replaced fields.

System Calculated Totals
As a result of multiple client requests, ChildPlus now displays a value for system calculated totals. Values for system calculated totals were also added to Report 9700 - PIR Report (precalculated values and overrides) and Report 9900 - PIR Report (current values).

PIR Questions A.22 - A.23

We added a message reminding users that questions A.22 -A.23 are not required for the 2020-2021 PIR.

PIR Question C.29
We resolved an issue that prevented agencies with a DRDP in ChildPlus license from selecting a different Assessment Name/title for this question.

PIR Question C.34
We added a report link for question C.34. When clicked, ChildPlus displays Report 9731 - Family - Type, Assistance, Services, Military (C.34, C.38-C.50) (Grid).

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was not calculating this question for Early Head Start or Migrant PIRs.

Pregnant women with an Income Status of Income 100 - 130% are now included in the calculation for question A.13.f.

We resolved an issue that made it possible for participants with an Attendance Status of > 90% Present to be counted for question A.22.a.

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus excluded staff members from B.3.b if Teach for America (Baccalaureate) was selected as their ECE or Related Degree field in Management >> Personnel >> Education. A related issue was also resolved for question B.6.b. ChildPlus no longer counts staff members towards question B.6.b when Teach for America (Baccalaureate) is selected for their ECE or Related Degree field in Management >> Personnel >> Education.

We updated the column heading for question A.26.a.1 to Learning Another.

We updated the column heading for question C.7.a to Diagnosed with a chronic condition.

As a result of multiple client requests, ChildPlus now displays values for system calculated totals on this report.

To match the wording on the PIR, we updated the name of the Event Date Prior to Date of Last PIR column to Event Date Prior to Program Year Begin.

We updated the footnote at the bottom of this report.

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was ignoring the Calculation Preferences set for question C.21.

ChildPlus now displays a value in the Totals column for system calculated questions.

We resolved an issue that prevented ChildPlus from populating the Receiving Snap field in the At Enroll column correctly on this report.

We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, prevented you from saving changes to Calculation Preferences for the following questions: C.21. C.21.a, C.21.a.1-2 and C.21.a.2.1. We also resolved an issue where ChildPlus was ignoring these Calculation Preferences on Report 9700 - PIR Report (precalculated values and overrides) and Report 9717 - IDEA Eligibility (C.21, C.22) (Grid).

Enrollment and Rollover Utility
ChildPlus will now automatically copy the values for these Services Received fields when you create a participation record by either copying a participation record in Enrollment or through the Rollover Utility.

Custom Filters and LiveReports
These fields are also now available in Custom Filters and on LiveReports.

System Preferences
We resolved an issue that prevented No from being applied as a default value for these fields (through Setup >> System Setup >> System Preferences >> General tab >> PIR ).

We fixed an issue where text on the screen was hidden behind the CLASS® logo.

Since the Learning Library now supports unlimited users, we removed License Count, Used and Available information from the Learning Library Subscription section of this window.

We added the Personal (Home) Email field to this report.

PIR question C.46 was added to this report.

This new report displays totals and formulas for system calculated PIR questions.

This new report displays totals for every PIR question and includes system calculated totals. This report can be exported as a CSV file and used for monitoring throughout the year.

We added a new Append the teacher's name option to the Naming Convention section of the Rating Schedule Setup. This option was added to help users choose the correct Rating Record from dropdown lists in ChildPlus Mobile.

Since the Learning Library now supports unlimited users, we removed the Learning Library Content Access setting from the Login tab.

ChildPlus administrators: Access to the Learning Library is now set through Setup >> Security >> User Security Groups.

We've added the ability for users to access ChildPlus Mobile from www.app.childplus.net with their AgencyID and ChildPlus credentials. You can access your AgencyID:
