Report 2371 - CACFP Reimbursement Summary

To eliminate confusion and ensure accurate meal counts, we inactivated the Enrollment Status filter on the Report Setup screen. If a meal was served, it will be reflected regardless of the participant's current Enrollment Status. In addition, when you run this report for a specific classroom, ChildPlus will now show all meals served in the classroom.

We added three new premade modules to the Module Gallery:

Staff COVID-19 Vaccinations -Use this module to track staff COVID-19 vaccinations.

Recruitment Pending Call Tracker- Use this module to follow-up on recruitment calls to parents.

Coaching Plan- Use this module to document and track the coaching process for staff.

Dashboard

We resolved an issue where participants were counted on the Dashboard for Needs Medical Treatment if Needs Treatment for Chronic Condition was checked.

Data History Log

We resolved an issue where, in certain situations, ChildPlus displayed changes to the Health Insurance field multiple times.

Disability

We resolved an issue that caused an error for IFSP's with blank dates.

Family Services >> Family Services Info

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was automatically populating TANF and SSI when a participant enrolled.

Enrollment >> Add Participation Record

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was not respecting User Security Group settings for the Status field on the Add Participation Record window.

Gear Menu >> Site Locator

We resolved an issue where the Vacancy calculation in the Site Locator was counting participants multiple times if they transferred within a site.

LiveReport and LiveLetter

We resolved an issue where Additional Filter Criteria was not being applied to the Individuals tab.

Management >> Personnel

In certain situations, ChildPlus may be unable to delete a staff member's Personnel record if it is tied to other records in your database. If a Personnel record cannot be deleted, ChildPlus will automatically inactivate it and display this message to alert you:

This personnel record was unable to be deleted due to it being related to other records, so the system has marked it as inactive instead. Inactive records do not appear in most areas of the system (e.g., reports, dropdown menus, etc.) and the user will no longer be able to access ChildPlus.

Module Designer

We resolved an issue that caused an error when accessing an event with multiple rows in a custom module.

We resolved an issue where custom module fields display out-of-order in ChildPlus Mobile.

We resolved an issue that prevented users with a lot of custom modules from scrolling to the bottom of the Management menu in ChildPlus Mobile.

We resolved an issue where leaving a numeric field left blank resulted in an error for custom modules related to Health/Education Events.

We resolved an issue where, for custom modules based on Family Services Events, dropdown choices for Event Service Area were missing whenever you created a report and added Built-In Filter Options to it.

Report 1510 - Bus Stop by Route Order

We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, prevented ChildPlus from displaying participants on all days they were scheduled to ride.

Report 2005 - Management Report - End of Month Enrollment

We updated this report so that it now runs for classes with zero funded enrollment.

Report 2115 - Program Enrollment Status

We modified this report so it displays the Phone Number for the Primary Adult. We also made changes to ensure that this report displays the best phone number for dual custody families.

Report 2315 - Daily Attendance and Meals Worksheet

We modified this report so it's now possible to print Attendance Worksheets for participants who still have a status of Accepted.

Report 2371 - CACFP Reimbursement Summary

We resolved an issue that prevented the Enrollment Status filters from working correctly on the Report Setup screen.

Report 3501 - Management Report - Disability

We resolved an issue where, in certain situations, it was possible for participants to be incorrectly counted as having an open IFSP.

Report 3540 - Disability Summary

Participants now display in alphabetical order on this report.

Report 4110 - Family Service History

We modified this report so it displays the Phone Number for the Primary Adult. We also made changes to ensure that this report displays the best phone number for dual custody families.

Report 4130 - Family Service Actions

We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was not populating the Progress and Results fields on this report.

We resolved an issue that caused and error and prevented you from deleting Family Members who were listed as one of the family's Income Sources in Family Information.

Setup >> Agency Configuration >> Program Info >> Program Information

We resolved an issue that, in certain situations, preventing you from changing the School Year associated with the Program Term.

Setup >> Data Utilities >> Merge >> Merge Dropdown Choices

We resolved an issue that prevented you from merging Language Dropdown Choices.

We resolved an issue that where customers on certain devices received error messages when using Attendance Scanning.

We resolved an issue that, for agencies with a lot of custom modules, prevented users from scrolling on the Management menu.
