We resolved an issue where, in certain situations, ChildPlus was not sending email notifications when documents were uploaded by parents using the Request Documents link. This issue was only happening if notifications were configured to be sent to multiple email addresses on the Terms and Locations tab in ChildPlus Desktop >> Setup >> Module Setup >> Family Pre-application. |

We updated the Attendance indicator so that, when the Time Frame is set to Current, the indicator will display data from the previous business day, rather than the previous calendar day. For example, if you look at the Attendance indicator on a Monday, it will now display data from Friday (the previous business day) instead of Sunday (the previous calendar day). We also added a date to the Attendance indicator so you always know exactly which day's data is displayed. |
Report 1316 - Training History Report |
We resolved an issue where, in certain situations, this report timed out and failed to run if the Include Legacy box was checked in the Training Name section of the Report Setup screen. To resolve this issue, ChildPlus will no longer analyze legacy trainings when determining if a staff member missed a training. It will only be possible for Trainings created in the new Professional Development module to count as missed. |

This change was made because it is important for teachers to see the Conditional Measures so they can make a determination if they are needed. We simplified wording on the Parent/Guardian Observations dialog box. Only include observations by parents, guardians, etc (exclude observations by personnel) has been replaced with Exclude observations by personnel. |

Custom Modules We resolved an issue where, in certain situations, data for some custom Module Designer module fields was not displaying when viewed in ChildPlus Online. Education >> Education Information We resolved an issue where ChildPlus was displaying "Invalid Date" instead of results for Educational Screenings when viewed in ChildPlus Online. Enrollment >> Eligibility We updated the way that ChildPlus handles a family's Income Status determination in cases where their income is identical (to the penny) to the poverty line. If a family's income is identical to the poverty line, ChildPlus will classify them as Income at/below 100%. Pregnancy To make it consistent with ChildPlus Desktop, we switched the placement of the Expected Delivery Date and Actual Delivery Date fields. |

ChildPlus Online now supports ZIP Code Lookup. If ZIP Code Lookup has been turned on and configured in ChildPlus Desktop >> Setup >> System Setup >> ZIP Code Configuration, ChildPlus will automatically populate the City, State and County fields for an address based on the ZIP entered. |
