The following is a pre-enrollment for entry into the PRIDE Community Services Head Start Program for the 2024-2025 program year. Please complete the required information and someone will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process. If you already have applied or currently have a child in the program, you will not be able to complete the online pre-enrollment. Please call 304-752-6868 to initiate the process. If your child is five years or older by July 1, 2024, Please contact your home school for kindergarten enrollment.

You will receive a confirmation once the pre-enrollment is submitted. A certificate of Live Birth from the Office of Vital Statistics of the state where child was born, must be presented to staff prior to attendance in Logan County Schools. The certificate must have the original seal.
