Thank you for being interested in the early learning programs at Okanogan County Child Development Association (OCCDA). We have some really great services for soon-to-be moms and kids from birth to five years old. OCCDA helps children and pregnant women and their families in Okanogan County and Bridgeport. We teach young kids and also offer services at home. Anyone can apply for our programs, and they don't cost any money. We make sure to help families who need it the most, like those who don't have a permanent home, kids in foster care, kids with special needs, and families with low incomes. This includes families who can get help from SNAP, TANF, or SSI. With your completed application, please attach the following documents: Proof of birth for the child or estimated due date for expectant mothers. All family income for the previous calendar year (or past 12 mos) or Verification of SNAP, TANF, or SSI benefits.
