Thank you so much for your interest in the early childhood programs in Plaquemines Parish! Our application is for Child Care, PreK and Head Start to help have our children ready to enter Kindergarten. Please complete the online application below. Please gather the needed documents before beginning this application. NOTE: Each document will have specifics to what is needed. If you have any additional questions, please call our office at 504-595-6430. You will be asked to upload them to the end of the application. **Completion of this online application DOES NOT mean your child has been accepted into a PPSB Early Childhood Program. All program acceptance will be determined using income eligibility and capacity. Your child will be automatically eligible for these programs if they are foster or deemed homeless by our school representative. In addition, PreK will automatically be eligible if they receive SNAP benefits. A completed application is the entire online application and all uploaded documents. You will receive an email when we have all of those in our system.
