Welcome to the first step in getting your child enrolled into the California Rural Indian Health Board's Tribal Head Start Program. You must complete this online application and submit to the center. You must complete all of the areas that apply to your situation. Thank you for your interest in our Tribal Head Start Program. Our staff will review your application. You will be contacted to set up an in-take appointment. Please make sure that you have some basic documents ready prior to the appointment. You need a copy of your child's birth certificate; Tribal verification, if applicable, Foster payments if applicable; TANF or SSI payments if applicable, SNAP payments if applicable, and dental and medical records from the last 12 months, along with immunization records.
