Children served by the Head Start program must be at least 3 years of age and no older than 5 years of age (not kindergarten eligible). An application can be submitted before the child's third birthday.

Children served by the Early Head Start program must be at least 6 weeks old and under 3 years of age. Early Head Start also provides support for Pregnant Women.

Both Head Start and Early Head Start programs services are subject to eligibility and slot availability.
