We are accepting applications for the 2024/2025 program year that begins July 1st, 2024, for both programs.

Baby Promise is a pilot program for families who are seeking free child care for children who are at least 6 weeks of age and younger than age 3 by September 1 and living within the state of Oregon. For families to be eligible for Baby Promise, you need to be receiving Employment Related Day Care (ERDC).
