Head Start/Early Head Start is a comprehensive childcare program that is at no cost to families that live in Iredell or Catawba County. Head Start/Early Head Start contributes to children’s learning and development through established school readiness goals for children and prepares their parents to be advocates for their children though workshops, trainings, and Parent Engagement activities. The program serves children 1-5 years of age.
