Welcome to INCA! INCA Community Services, Inc. is a Community Action Agency serving Southern Oklahoma. This is the enrollment portal for the 2025-2026 school year. Pre-enrollment is the best way to ensure that your child has a spot for the upcoming school year. Below you will find our pre-enrollment online application. This information will help determine if your child/family will meet The Federal Head Start program enrollment requirements.

Once you have submitted the online pre-enrollment application, an INCA Family Service Manager will contact you and set up an appointment to complete the rest of the application. Additional information that will be required to complete enrollment: Proof of income (Income Tax 1040 forms, W-2 forms, 3 Pay Stubs, Written statement from employers or documentation showing current status recipient of Public Assistance, SNAP benefit letters accepted!). Child’s Birth Certificate Insurance coverage ( Private Insurance card, Sooner Care card or CDIB card) Immunization Record Families who receive public assistance (TANF, SSI, or SNAP), and those with children in foster care or children who are homeless, also qualify regardless of income.
