Waldo CAP Early Childhood Program offers Early Childhood Programs for children ages birth to five and pregnant women in Waldo County through Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms and home-visiting and collaborative pre-k programs. Sites are located in Belfast, Searsport, Winterport, Monroe, Brooks, Liberty, and Unity.
