Thank you for your interest in the Indian River School District Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP). We accept applications throughout the school year. The Family Service Coordinator will contact you to review the application with you in person or over the phone (your preference) and to provide child's birth certificate, proof of residency and proof of income. Children who are homeless, in foster care, and families who receive SNAP recipients are categorically eligible. Please speak call for assistance to determine your best document options for proof of residency and income. Please make sure that ASQ-3 and ASQ-SE2 screenings for the 2023-2024 school year are completed after January 1st, 2023! Screenings must be completed PRIOR to application. **Applying for the program does not guarantee placement into the programs. Selections for all programs will be done on June 2,2022.***
