Thank you for your interest in the Head Start or Early Head Start programs. Please click submit to finish the online portion of your application. One of our friendly staff members will contact you to review additional information and obtain proof of birth (photocopy of birth certificate or another notice of birth) and income information (photocopy of tax information, pay stubs or public assistance, including SNAP, SSI, or TANF) in order to finalize your application. They will then call you to set up an enrollment appointment when a spot becomes available. You are welcome to call your local Head Start/Early Head Start program, in the meantime, with any questions you may have.
