Thank you for your interest in our Head Start program! Please click 'submit application' to complete your initial application for Head Start services. Our Enrollment Specialist will contact you within the next 5 days to set up an intake appointment. At this intake appointment you will need to provide proof of residency, proof of income, and proof of your child's date of birth. Your child will not be placed on a waiting list until all above mentioned documentation is submitted to the Enrollment Specialist.
