Thank you for your interest in the Head Start preschool program for students ages 3-5 years. If you have multiple children in Head Start, please fill out the application form for the oldest child. You can add your other children at the bottom of the form. Once you start the enrollment form, you must complete it all the way through as you cannot save it and come back to it.
