To enroll in the Jonesboro Pre-K Partnership Program, please visit 1307 Flint St, Jonesboro, AR 72401 or call (870) 253-1674.

To apply for enrollment:

1) Complete the fields on the below Enrollment Application Form.
2) After entering the information, click the "I'm not a robot" reCaptcha verification box.
3) Click the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the page to submit your application.
4) For pregnant mothers, use "Unborn Child" as the child's name and provide us an estimated birth date.

NOTE: If you have previously submitted an application, call our Enrollment Team at (870)931-1172 x 4 to add another child to your application. DO NOT submit an additional application, please. Thank you.

Thank you for submitting your enrollment application. What Happens Next?

Please have the following documentation ready:

  1. Proof of birth
  2. Proof of income ( W-2, SSI, Social Security, or 2 recent check stubs)
  3. Proof of residence ( Lease or Utility Bill)
  • Please make sure you keep your interview appointment (in person or telephone). Federal regulations require this interview.
  • Call your preferred Center and speak with the Family Services Worker if you need to check the status of your application.
  • Things to Keep in Mind:

    1. Applicants are responsible to keep us updated if your contact information changes. We also rely on you to respond to our efforts to reach you. We will generally make 3 attempts to contact you and may need to move to the next applicant if we do not receive a response.
    2. Completing the enrollment questionnaire does not guarantee eligibility or an enrollment into our programs. Enrollment is based on slot availability and filled according to greatest need.
