Welcome to the Sunrise Children's Foundation Early Head Start Program! Thank you for your interest in our early childhood education programs. We offer two options to support families and young children: Home Visiting Program, and Child Development Centers. Our programs are available to expecting mothers and families with children from birth to their 3rd birthday. What to Expect After Submitting the Interest Form: Once you complete the form, an Early Head Start team member will contact you by phone. During the call, we will: 1) Schedule your family's pre-screening appointment. 2) Collect the necessary documents to determine eligibility. 3) After the pre-screening is completed, your family will be added to our Priority Waiting List. If you’ve participated in our program before or have previously applied, the system will not allow you to submit a new application using the same email address. What Happens Next? You will receive a phone call from a member of the Early Head Start team. During this call, they will: -Provide a list of the documents needed to determine eligibility. -Schedule your pre-screening appointment to complete the application process. Once the pre-screening is completed over the phone, your family will be placed on our Priority Waiting List for the program option that best fits your family’s needs.
