Welcome to the Sunrise Children's Foundation Early Head Start Program! By completing this form, you are expressing an interest in our early childhood education programs.

We offer two early childhood education programs; our Home Visiting Program, and our Child Development Centers.

Programs are offered to Expecting Mothers and Families that have children ages birth - a child's 3rd birthday.

Once you have completed the interest form, you will receive a phone call from an Early Head Start team member to schedule your families pre-screening appointment and collect documents to determine eligibility. After you have completed the pre-screening appointment over the phone, we will place your family on our "Priority Waiting List".

If you already have an account with Sunrise Children's Foundation from participating in the program or applying prior, please reach out to your Family Services Worker or leave a voice mail at 702-631-7131. The system will not allow you to complete another online interest or application with the same email address.

What happens next? You will receive a phone call from an Early Head Start team member. They will tell you which documents are needed to determine eligibility and schedule the appointment to complete the application process. Once you have completed the pre-screening appointment over the phone, we will place your family on our "Priority Waiting List" for the most fitting program option for your family.
