Welcome to Sunrise Children’s Foundation! We’re so glad you’re interested in our early childhood programs. We offer several program options designed to support families and help young children learn and grow: Early Head Start Home Visiting – Services for expectant parents and children up to age 3, with personalized visits in your home. Early Head Start Child Development Centers and Family Child Care Homes – High-quality early learning services in a center or licensed family child care home for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. Nevada Ready Pre-K – A pre-kindergarten program for children who turned 4 years old by the beginning of the current school year, helping prepare them for kindergarten success. Once you complete the interest form, a member of our team will contact you by phone. During that call, we will: Schedule your family’s pre-screening appointment. Let you know which documents are needed to determine eligibility. If you have previously applied or participated in our program, the system may not allow you to submit a new application using the same email address. What Happens Next? You will receive a phone call from a member of our Early Head Start team. During this call, we will: Review the documents needed to determine your family’s eligibility. Schedule your pre-screening appointment to complete the application process. Once your pre-screening is completed over the phone, your family will be placed on our Priority Waiting List for the program option that best meets your child’s age and your family’s needs.
