North Early Learning Center is open to eligible Head Start students in all of Orange County that turn 3 or 4 on or before September 1st. We also offer state Pre-Kindergarten for our in district students turning 4 on or before September 1ast. Please see our school web site for a list of all eligibility requirements for Head Start and state Pre-K to apply. A Family Service Advocate from North Early Learning Center will contact you within 3 business days to review application and collect qualifying documents.
